Vision Peace Foundation Germany has the honor of being invited to the festive National Day Celebrity of Brunei Darussalam.
On 23 February 2020, the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam celebrated the 36th anniversary of its Independence Day. For Brunei, the National Day is an important day for celebrating in jubilation. More than 7000 participants from schools, governmental and private organizations took part in the parade in a joyful and happy atmosphere, organized by the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports in the capital Bandar Seri Begawan. Tens of thousands of guests, visitors and residents attended the great celebration.

His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei
in being a guarantor of stability in Brunei for decades. The Sultan is a beloved and revered monarch among the population, who also likes to personally care for the well-being of the people.
Darussalam means Abode of Peace – Home of peace
World peace means peace between people and among nations, as well as peace with animals, nature and the earth. To think and feel peaceable inside leads to peaceful actions outside. Such an expression of peace with nature has been shown by the Royal Family for over 100 years. The preservation and protection of the oldest and pristine rainforest is admirable.
